Endless Mode| Devlog #1


Welcome back to my Devlog. I thought I wouldn't work on this game for the night but, well, my determination wouldn't let that happen. I worked on the game and was trying to add in a score system where you would get points for shooting the slimes (spoiler: it didn't work). After a while of trying but to no avail, I decided to settle on what I had which was

  • Infinite Enemy Spawning
  • Main Menu Update
  • Nothing else because my smol brain couldn't get anything done

So I decided to settle on what I had and called it Slime Shooter (Endless Edition) . Now, usually when someone makes an endless edition of a game, they already have the normal mode of the game made. Not the case for this one. I'm going to spend the next few days practicing game development, i'm starting coding classes tomorrow so that should be good, and i'm just gonna brainstorm what I wanna do with all my new knowledge that I've gained over the past month of trying game development. I will see you tomorrow with my next Devlog. I will probably (aka definitely) still work on the game a bit and experiment but i'm not too sure what to do right now so......bye for now, thanks for reading my Devlog.
